About Me

Hi, I’m Helen, a single mum to a teen and one fur baby! I am based in Kent, my home county. I am based close to Tunbridge Wells where I have been for over 10 years.

My natural health journey started in 2020. Having become a single parent, the reality of being solo hit hard. The responsibility was real! What if anything happened to me? I was due to have surgery on my wrist, due to constant pain as well as lack of mobility. Having had various tests etc, this was my only option. However, the world changed and everything got put on hold. Then I lost a family member, younger than me. I now knew it was time for me to take responsibility for my health.

Then my daughter started to suffer with anxiety. Sometimes this would involve not wanting to leave the house. Instantly I knew I had to find a way to support her naturally. And I found that solution. Naturally as a mother, I put her first.

Having been fortunate enough to stumble across a lady who was already on her own natural health journey, she reassured me that I could support my daughter naturally. And so the journey began.  Using the purest essential oils available, the support began in supporting her, with some amazing results. In turn, this then started to support the pupils I taught as a driving instructor. Helping many gain the licence they require.

I am passionate about helping others to support their general health and wellbeing, listening to their intuition and using what nature knows is best.
